Metal sidings are profiled front panels of complex shapes and include fasteners. These are considered one of the most modern materials for facing. Due to the high-speed installation process and proven technology, metal siding has become one of the easiest ways to refine the façade of the building.

Metal siding is the ideal solution for creating ventilated facades and rigged frame structures. Unlike vinyl siding, metal front panels are fire resistant. In addition, metal sidings are durable and are maintained without special care. A dirty metal siding can be washed with water from a garden hose. The weight of the metal siding is 4-5 kg / m2, and can be used for the facing of all types of buildings, including dilapidated and temporary structures. Metal sidings are also more resistant to seasonal temperature variations, static loads and bending of the fastening profile. This allows the installation of front panels in virtually any temperature.

OMI Profile’s metal façade panel is equipped with all of necessary additional elements. Production of sidings in our factory is state-of-the-art. The basis of OMI metal sidings is the finest rolled metal that is coated in strong, fire resistant primer coating called polymer. An important feature of OMI’s production of metal sidings is its own forging and rolling equipment, which allows for full control of the manufacturing quality at all stages of assembly. Therefore, metal sidings differ in sizes and can be manufactured to the personal order of the client.

 

Metal sidings are commonly used for the construction of a wide variety of buildings and structures with a frame, as well as in the construction of ventilated facades and rigged attributes. Metal sidings are visible elements on structures such as supermarkets, gas stations, shopping malls, stadiums, cabins, warehouses, workshops and more. The combination of metal siding performance, variety of materials, cost of ventilated facades and additional insulation, all allows the use of metal sidings in the construction of various facilities. Moreover, metal sidings can be used as decorative elements in the facades of buildings. Front panels can be installed on industrial plants, administrative buildings, trade pavilions, sport and health centers, service stations and more. Metal sidings can also be used as binder eaves. The amount of binder cornice is usually less than 0.5m in buildings with 10 x 10 flow rate façade panels and the filing of the cornice will be about 16-20 sq.m. We have standard sets of additional elements that can be customized for a specific object. For cladding, façade panels M-2, M-2P and M3 can simultaneously be used.
